The curbside here is the worst I’ve ever been to. They never have my order ready in my pickup window. One day I’ll stop trying this. I could have shopped 8 times for my list of items and left quicker.

I always shop at HEB. To compare, only Aldi can compete as their customer service is better than most. But no one beats HEB for overall pricing, availability, courtesy and service standard. You can ask a produce person for help elsewhere and they happily direct you, or even walk you to it. And they always do it smiling! Sometimes I come in after long dialysis and, it is so comforting just to see workers so courteous. Makes those really tough days shine!

For the past several years, I've made HEB my grocery store of choice, from the first one I ever visited in Raymondville, Willacy County, Texas to Mont Belvieu, Chambers County to Baytown, Harris County and Beaumont, Jefferson County. I recall my Granny, who spoke very little English, would always "test taste" the grapes and made sure to give me a few as we giggled, but when she told me HEB was the owners initials and that they stood for Harry E. Butt, we lost it and I rolled on the floor, giggling while tears streamed down my cheeks, both me and my Granny nearly peeing our pants! The staff from store to store is always professional and friendly, helpful and quick to guide to the correct aisle.

Great place love coming here when I come to Texas they have great variety in products and their produce is fresh. Asked the staff a few questions and they were very helpful even made recommendations based on my needs.

I recently had an amazing shopping experience at H-E-B! The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with a smile. The variety of fresh produce, quality meats, and gourmet products was impressive. Checkout was a breeze with efficient cashiers.
