I had a wonderful surprise when I stumbled upon this store while heading back to my car. I decided to pop in and browse and I'm so glad I did!
Nichole, who I believe is the owner or a top-notch employee, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and made me feel like I'd found a hidden gem. The store itself is amazing and the products are top quality.
what really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service,something i had bad experiencs with staff attitudeat other spots closer to closing time.
Nichole went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and left me beaming with a smile with amazong purchases. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. They truly live up to their mission of making customers happy and I can't wait to come back. Thanks, I do highly recommend and their gummies aren't just for show, they live up to the hype!

Visited this coffeeshop in Cape Town with a friend and we were both impressed. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the range of products is surprisingly broad. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen and high in quality. The staff are easy to talk to, genuinely knowledgeable, and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It quickly became one of our favorite spots in the city — definitely worth checking out.

I placed an online order with Happy420 Africa on 29 January for two cartridges. The delivery arrived without issue, however one of the cartridges was leaking inside its sealed packaging.
Following the instructions on their website, I emailed on 3 February with photos requesting a return and refund. I received no response and had to call the store the next day to follow up. I was informed that the return was approved and that I should place a new order, with the refund reflecting within a week or two.
From that point onward, the experience became unnecessarily complicated.
I was told I could communicate via WhatsApp. While one staff member, Nichole, was polite and helpful, I had to follow up daily for almost a week. Each time, I was asked to re-explain the issue, with no clear resolution or consistent feedback. It felt as though there was no internal communication between staff members.
After further delays, we arranged for a replacement and I paid the outstanding difference via EFT. I was told it would be sent to the courier on Thursday and delivered by Friday. I received no tracking information and no update.
On Monday, after multiple unanswered calls, I requested to speak to the same staff member who had been assisting me. Instead, I was assisted by another staff member who appeared unaware of the situation and questioned details that had already been confirmed. Only after I requested the owner’s contact details was tracking information suddenly provided, suggesting the courier had not yet been arranged despite prior assurances.
I also contacted the owner directly in writing to keep record of the matter and have not received a response.
As a first-time customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. A simple faulty product return turned into weeks of follow-ups, inconsistent communication, and unmet promises. While one staff member showed professionalism, the overall handling of the situation reflects poor internal processes and lack of accountability.
I would strongly caution online customers to think twice before ordering from this so-called business. As a first time customer, I am certain I will not be purchasing from them again.
