Amazing vape shop! The best in Vegas and my only one stop shop for my vapes. Tanvir & Sife hook it up every time and make sure I get the best flavors I like. Went a little crazy this time and got 6!!!!

Called prior to going in for a peak atomizer & peak carb cap. Ryan confirmed they had both, then sold us a PRO carb cap and atomizer totaling $70 and was refusing a refund at first. Then called his manager and said we wanted a refund because we said we can find it cheaper online rather than admitting he sold us the wrong piece. The piece was boxed and sealed and Ryan blamed us for not checking, then proceeded to say my boyfriend sounded RETARDED and then continued to talk unprofessionally as we left. Will be reporting this to the BBB and going in every location to speak to a higher up. As someone with a beloved family member whom was diagnosed with Autism, the “R” word was completely out of line and Ryan should not be working in customer service. Will be doing EVERYTHING I can to ensure Ryan doesn’t throw around that word anymore to customers. I think my next step might be going viral to let others know about this location and Ryan unless he’s terminated!
