HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS. This place is almost always busy, which is a good sign. All organic. Guilt free options that are delicious. We've had the pancakes, breakfast sandwich, bowls, avocado toast, chillaqueles and traditional breakfast. All delicious. Nice market but small, with mostly dry goods and prepared foods. Coffee and lattes are good too. Outside area to eat when weather is nice. It is expensive but worth it given the quality ingredients and decent sized portions.

When Dr.Axe gives a shout-out to a restaurant, it warrants visiting. While the market section of this storefront is a mere few aisle, the variety and quality of prepared foods abounds. The organic commitment and dietary options distinguish Herban Market from other “health food restaurants” across the region and the country for that matter.

Mediocre. A lot of restrictions. YET, they cook in avocado oil, which I'm allergic to. They don't have whip cream because it's dairy? but they have cheese. The options seem disjointed. Good for people who want gluten free pancakes. We spent 65.00 for a very small breakfast... Good quality. Very expensive.

My wife and I were introduced to Herban Market by our Granddaughter, who lives in Nashville. We met her there for Brunch on a Thursday, and the place was busy. However, our service was prompt, friendly and professional. We sat in the open-air seating on the front porch and greatly enjoyed the atmosphere. We were there for more than an hour, and never felt rushed. The entire menu is based on Organically grown, local sourced food.

The food is good, actually really good, and I appreciate the fact that it is organic and grass-fed. However, I had a horrible experience. If you are in the hospitality industry, which you are when you run a restaurant, you need to be hospitable. We were there having lunch when a staff member came over and said they close at 3:00, so we needed to wrap up. One of my friends went to the bathroom, my kids went to the bathroom, and I went to get some more water. While guests were still inside, and not just us since there were many people there, they decided to mop one specific area of the floor. It was right in front of the water station. I did not realize they had mopped there because there was no warning and no sign at all. It was not the entire floor, just that one area. I slipped and fell, hitting both of my elbows and both of my knees. It was very painful, and I was bruised. I almost hit my face because I kept sliding. The floor was extremely wet. Even my hair got wet. There was a server right next to me, and I asked why there was no sign. He did not even look at me or acknowledge what had happened. He completely ignored me. After a while, another employee who was working near the bar came over and asked if I was okay. By that point, I had already gotten up, but aside from being bruised, it was extremely embarrassing to fall in front of everyone. I told her they should put a sign there, and only then did she go get one. This situation was not just about mopping while guests were still inside. It was also about the lack of care and response from the server who was right there and chose to ignore what happened. I understand wanting to go home, but being part of the hospitality industry means prioritizing guest safety and experience. Mopping should be done after all guests have left, and safety signs should always be used. This entire situation could have been avoided. That is why I am giving this place one star. Food alone is not everything. Service, safety, and basic hospitality matter just as much.

This was a real find during our trip to Franklin. Hands down the best food in town! The avocado toast was stellar and the breakfast sandwich outstanding. The coffee and chai were amazing. The staff is friendly and service was efficient. Would love to come back for lunch or dinner and if we think we can actually eat anything else today (we are stuffed), we may just do that. Highly recommend this great spot!!

Fast casual style place. The food is hands down some of the best I've ever put in my face. The entire menu is amazing and they can modify for dishes for food allergies. The place is always busy, run don't walk and try it now!

This place is the bomb! People with allergies can easily eat here and get their needs met. I enjoyed ordering straight from the menu without having to alter my order to make it gluten free. Chicken salad is my favorite. I love the kombucha on tap and in house coffees/lattes are great. I esp like the all organic food and 100% seed oil free.

My friend and I loved Herban Market, but definitely want to try more foods another time. This trip, we just bought sides: applesauce, Brussels slaw, quinoa sweet potato salad, fingerling dill potato salad, tomato soup, and toast.
The 2 negatives first: the toast tasted stale, was served cold and dry - didn't come buttered or with jelly, as the menu said it would. The applesauce (pictured) had great flavor but was so finely pureed that it had the consistency of baby food.
But the Brussels slaw and tomato soup had great flavor, and the dill fingerling salad and quinoa sweet potato salad (pictured) were SUPER. Tons of flavor and just really well done.
We're looking forward to going back and trying more dishes!
(Note - we originally ordered the foods to go, hence the containers)

Great food and Service. We had breakfast there and everything was good. My scrambled eggs were cooked well. The potatoes were tasty, the pork sausage patty was also really good. Coffee is also really good. We are outside at the tables under the awning. Be careful because these tables are not too sturdy. Great food and we'll be back but it is a bit pricey. Worth it though for a healthy meal.
