AMAZING first time experience! Jessica helped me with so much and was super informative and knowledgeable! I’m new here and new to this whole thing and experience and Jessica really did such an amazing job walking me through everything and giving me the information I needed to have the best cloud nine experience I’ve been looking for! Really annoying when the website lists something an an Indica distillate, and then after it's too late I notice it's actually a live resin Sativa, and now I'm stuck with something I didn't want and kind of feel hustled a little bit. Not happy at all. Also, an apology doesn't exactly feel sincere when you can't even be bothered to spell the word "apologies" correctly. Yeah, I can tell you're really bothered by the experience I had. Thanks for the hollow offer, but I'll eat the loss and shop elsewhere from now on.

Their workers are contemptuous of customers. They lied to me. They refused to take responsibility for the lies, trying to blame their faulty information on me, even though I confirmed before purchasing that it was the correct item. Their workers refused to add my medical marijuana card discount. They stole money from me.

First time visit, nobody said a word to me or acknowledged me until it was so quiet you could hear me breathing lol. Vibes are off. Won’t be back. Very uncomfortable experience. Also who wear sunglasses during your shift? The sun isn’t even inside. Just not for me I guess but prices are decent.
