DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE.. purchased this and it's defective, Never used it just put water in the base and it started to leak, called the shop and they won't exchange it. Not asking for a refund just an exchange for one that works.... terrible customer service, only reason I gave a 1 star is because I HAD to in order to post a review!! BLUE SMOKE SHOP down the street is a lot better and they have OUTSTANDING customer service.. BLUE SMOKE SHOP located at 7607 E MCDOWELL RD #118, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85257

They're always cordia you and respectfully nice which is awesome! And if I ever have a problem with a vape they're always there to exchange it for a better one! So I wanted to take time out of my day and say thank you guys so so much! You're the only shop that I go to.

The prices are competitive and the staff are knowledge. This is where I shop every time now. I had a Geek Bar that kept auto firing, I called and the guy told me how to troubleshoot it and to bring it up there if it still didn't work. I came in and he tried to fix it and gave me a new one to replace it. I know disposable vapes and tobacco products are non refundable and I appreciate him valuing my experience and fixing the problem. That's 5 stars service and I appreciate this shop and recommend them to anyone in the area.
