I had a great customer service experience today at this smoke shop on Tuckerton. This girl working there named Nena was so wonderful to me helping me out with everything I needed. I saw she was in the middle of her inventory and she still managed to help me and answer my questions. Definitely coming back!

I love RED but tonight someone else was there. She was nice but I just can't do a person on their cell when a customer is speaking to them...at the end of the day, building a business requires establishing relationships by providing good customer service. Get on your cell when your customer leaves....smh....not the same world 😕

Recently came in… the girl working her name was nena she was very welcoming and knew alot about the products, was very helpful when i came in. Will definitely come back in. Loved her energy also.

Walked in was immediately impressed on how clean and big the shop was compared to other places, Nena was working and she was very attentive and knew exactly what to reccomend me. will be coming back for sures
