This establishment knows what customer service is all about. They have been overly helpful in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and are just nice and honest. It is refreshing to walk in to a local establishment and get such an excellent level of service. They are quick, kind, attentive and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good shop. Thank you for all the help!!

Super friendly staff and clean shop. No pressure at all and willing to answer questions without trying to sell me everything in the store. Prices are very reasonable with a nice selection of products. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice people. Both are warm, engaging, and knowledgeable. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is their inventory although seems to grow each time I stop in, is still a bit limited. Juice selection is pretty good.

Very good customer service at this little shop! I've had staff go out of their way to get me special orders, to allow me to return defective products within 30 days, and to try new coil types and vape juices by offering great discounts. While they stock a smaller range of products than some other smoke shops, what they don't carry are cheap things like wooden pipes, rolling papers, and bargain brand tobacco.
