Kenneth is always great at answering questions and being willing to help. I’ve been having some issues burning through coils so quickly and he instantly showed me and made a change to my mod settings that instantly fixed this problem. I would have had no idea how to customize my settings to this extreme to fix this problem. He’s always going to go above and beyond to help any customer out

Me and my husband have been going here for 2 years now. Blake has helped us many times and he is very professional and helpful. We love seeing his smiling face when we walk in. We will always continue to go here and will recommend this location to anyone and everyone. The products are amazing as well! :)

This is an incredibly clean and helpful store! Their pricing is fair, the points program is awesome! I usually am there when Kenneth is there and he is great at working with you to find what you need!!

Great store. The associates are always friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the products. My favorite disposables are always in stock and I like that they’re displayed on shelves in the store (rather than behind a counter) so you can see the flavors and read the packaging properly. Also, the Indy e cigs chain has a fantastic rewards program on top of already competitive pricing; I spend about $150 per month on products that may cost $250 elsewhere.

I haven’t been in a Indyvape location for a long time. Upon returning to the business (which the issue was my financials) and closer to home location (my main location is (was) on Washington Street). Having the pleasure to be helped and assisted with the vape products. Kenneth, got me to move from disposable traveling vape to my new travel vape which is similar to my main vape. My main vape stays at home for the fear of possibly losing or breaking it. I use to buy disposable ones for my traveling needs. Now I have this one and happy that I have transitioned to this than massively buying disposables. Thank you for the help. Always a pleasure.
