I had a great experience thanks to Keegan. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain different options clearly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. It honestly made a big difference having someone so knowledgeable and patient assisting me. I’d definitely come back again, especially if I knew he was working. Customer service like that is hard to find and very much appreciated.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Juliette at JARS. It was truly a pleasure meeting her today, and she absolutely deserves recognition. Her knowledge of the products and the available deals available to customers was impressive. I went in with a preset budget, and thanks to her guidance, for just a few more dollars I walked out with an incredible amount of quality product, easily worth much more than what I paid. She’s a highly qualified budtender who clearly cares about helping customers get the best value. I genuinely hope to work with her again. Thanks again, Juliette!

Keegan made my first experience at JARS the best. He was so friendly & knowledgeable. I came in not knowing what I wanted & he led me in the best direction for my budget & my taste preference. There were so many different options, so it was a little overwhelming, but keegan never made me feel rushed & he explained all of the products so well. Definitely will be coming back! :)

Was at Jars for holiday prep, Ace was the one that helped me out. Super helpful, I won't lie I'm basically a noob with dispensaries. I'm used to hand me down swamp weed I had to snag from somebody that made it up here, but I didn't feel like I was rushed or forced into anything. I had a really nice visit. All of your staff is awesome. Never had a bad experience here. Even the security guard/elective door greater is awesome. A+ guys, well done! Rare to see that now a'days.

I see so many good reviews and honestly don’t understand. Great prices, but the music was insanely loud with the brightest lights beaming down on you. The desk people and bud tenders were all way too casual and chatting with each other, sometimes looking away from us mid-sentence to joke with each other. When we asked to see hybrid strains, the bud tender dropped the grossest looking $29 ounce in front of us and seemed confused when I asked to see something a bit nicer that wasn’t half shake and stems. We asked repeatedly if all the product we were buying would work on one order and she ensured us it’d be fine and gave us a total. We paid the total and then she started ringing up the edibles. I said I thought we had just paid for everything, to which she replied it wouldn’t all fit on one order. So we went to the ATM for a second time. The cherry on top was the manager or owner cutting the music to yell at the bud tenders to get customers through faster. Foul vibes. Loud music. Feels like the employees are just having a party. Go to Joyology if you can make the trip, they have a quieter, calmer atmosphere where it feels like you’re getting attentive help, not just rushed through with a confused look in the eye of the person meant to inform you.
