Would give zero stars. This place scammed me they offer money back guarantee or so they say I was declined my card by the state and my money was not refunded. Was never even warned that it could be denied. $150 is a lot when your out of work bc your in pain with 2 kids

Very clean place, staff were nice and attentive. Those who stress these situations such as myself rest assured it was quick and painless process took around 15 minutes and that’s with all my questions. Can’t wait to put my medicine to use!

I paid $224
To these rip-off artist
In December of 2024 and was not able to use it because there were no dispensaries open in Kentucky in 2025
. Now they tell me I have to pay them again even though I wasn't able to use the initial medical marijuana card. Don't give your money to these people it's a loss

Don’t expect your appt to be at your appt time. I paid $150 to sit there for an hour after my appt, and then have to reschedule because I need to go to work. Crazy that you can show up at the appt time and there is 10 people in front of you.
