Well I haven't been there YET, but I can tell just by the way people are talking about this place and by the staff being SO generous in how they reply... They're not just some AI making stuff up or a bot that sends out prewritten, replies that everybody gets. And this is why: replies are honest & warm and full of empathy, compassion and patience. Exceptional qualities by far! Not to mention the strong business sense they have, which is a testament to their 4.9 stars as of this comment. 🤩 What i mean is NOBODY is more kind and sincere as this place sounds. It seems so many businesses out there don't even care anymore. It's REFRESHING when someone finally does! So kudos to u guys... CANT WAIT TO COME IN!

Don't take the last appointment of the day. I was 7 minutes late walking in the door, and they had already canceled my appointment after 5 minutes and closed the business 25 minutes early. I literally held the door open for the provider as she walked out the door but she was still unwilling to see me. No apology, No grace period, no phone call. I have been coming here for several years and have always had good experiences, which is why I am giving the extra stars, but I am really offended at the way I was treated. I am editing my review, the business reached out to me with an apology and explanation, which is all I really wanted in the first place-to understand how I had screwed up to avoid doing it again. I appreciate them being so on top of it and looking out for their clients, this matches up more with the previous experiences I've had with the business. I can't ask for anything more from a business than for them to be so responsive to their clients. Things happen and good customer service is 5 star business. Thank you Kindly

My card today was $107.00. They check you in “they do send you a message for you to sign in, before. They have you sign those Utah state papers for the card. Than get seated for the Doctor, talk about rules of cannabis, affects,feed back on ur experience,past surgeries. After that’s done you get ur physical card! This shop operated better than previous shops I’ve been in

The receptionist Katelyn was very professional and friendly. Very helpful. PA VJ was very patient with me, explaining everything.

Your company has a reputation for saying that you'll be doing a full year for the renewal on a second application and then once the patient receives their card they find out it's only for six months. I know this to be true because it happened to me and several other people I've talked to in waiting rooms at pharmacies. This blatant misuse of the prescribing system to advance your own profits is abhorrent and malicious. I will never use your services again, and I hope your company gets investigated and shut down for taking advantage of sick people for financial gain. In response to your reply: Your provider told me in the appointment that the card was for a year and when I received the actual renewal he had issued me only 6 months, so he either lied or made a mistake. When I did call to say something your staff said we could correct it when the time came for the renewal but when the renewal came they acted like you are now; like I don't know what I'm talking about or that I'm making it up. Nope. You guys are dishonest.

I had a fantastic experience at KindlyMD! The whole process was quick, easy, and clearly explained. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They really take the time to listen and help you find what works best for your needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and supportive medical experience. It’s refreshing to see a clinic so focused on patient well-being. They truly care about their patients. I was in and out quickly but never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

I love KindlyMD and have been a patient for over a year now. I feel like I'm always treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. The providers are knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions/make good recommendations. They are always very quick, reliable and easy to book with. I would recommend to anyone! My only concern is how short the appointments are. I understand that is the norm now days but it shouldn't be. Many people need more than 10-15 minutes to discuss real and painful medical concerns. I think care would be more effective if the providers were given more time. I'd like to clarify that I believe the organization themselves creates the short appointment times, not the doctor/practitioner.

I had a great and easy experience with Kindly. It was super easy to make an appointment and everyone made the checkin process super smooth. Really down to earth and chill staff, for sure would recommend!

This is the best Doctors office I've ever experienced. They are always on call and work to get issues figured out day of. Super respectful and kind environment. I recommend this facility to anyone for primary care.

My provider Mike was extremely nice very informative. The two people at the front desk, crystal and Alex are so sweet and kind. They gave me a packet of information as well.
