Ok so I was on a road trip and searched for a smoke shop in weatherfor and this is probably the cleanest nicest smoke and gift shop I've ever been to in Texas ! They have every need you could imagine and even some cute gifts that are just so southern and adorable !! Megan was so nice and we had an amazing conversation and she answered ever question let me browse - there's even a nice couch if you wanna chill . They have all unö bars and so many disposable vapes , reg vapes , they even have delta 8 and some of the newest hottest products right now and their prices are reasonable !! If they don't have something or are out of it - they order it for you and I've never received this good of customer service at a smoke shop ! If you want somewhere that feels clean and safe this is the spot for you . They welcome old and young and really personalize your experience ! I'm shocked that it's so new with how well the business is ran! I never write reviews but this was just such a pleasant experience that I had to share ! I even made 2 purchases cuz I kept finding things I totally wanted ! Thank you KM smoke town and thank you Megan for your positive attitude as great service !

I was out of my regular e juice and hundreds of miles away from home. When I walked into the shop the lights were off and the girl working was using her cell phone light to see. I asked for help with the disposal vape and described what I wanted flavor wise. I said several times that I didn't want menthol and was very clear. No menthol. Well, the box wasn't descriptive and she assured me that this was a vanilla flavor. She was rudely rushing me and they have so many boxes of imported stuff it's hard to tell what's up. I trusted her recommendations. Nopity nope nope nope. I got some disgusting other MENTHOL FLAVOR. Once I walked out the door, no refunds. Even though one of the boxes wasn't open. $50 down the drain.

Worst experience in my life. The girl that works there was extremely rude and left to help another customer in the middle of my transaction. I have shopped there many times, but never will again. I hope that $18 sale was worth losing $80 on average, every time I have shopped there. I have never been so offended. I will never spend another dime at this establishment.
