Absolutely outstanding service! They really know how to make it feel like home. I was a little nervous upon first walking in because the setup is so different than what I'm used to seeing in other vape shops I've worked at across Texas, but those feelings quickly faded when I was treated not like just another customer spending money but like an old friend. Great prices too! Definitely my go to store for this area, would recommend it to all my friends

Well, I did really enjoy going here, but then the owner fired their best worker over a very simple misunderstanding. I came to this store for Kyle and the people he hired because he learned his customers, what they liked, and always tried to get them exactly what they wanted - and he made sure the people they hired did the same. I actually felt like my business was appreciated there, and heck, even my company there felt appreciated, and Kyle made sure everyone felt that way. You cannot find that in just any average, everyday worker anymore. And they fired him. For a misunderstanding he could have easily fixed, had they let him. Now, instead of that, they've replaced him with someone who doesn't know the customers, the store, or its systems. The store owners can say whatever they want, and I'm sure if they care they'll reply to this with some kind of sanitisized PR response, but I've cashed out my rewards with this chain and will be taking my business elsewhere. I'll be sure to let my friends know too. P.s. they still sell good products here btw. If you don't care about anything else but the products, then i recommend this place. Otherwise, id recommend going somewhere else that actually still has its soul
