so just got home after picking up my " new product " (this is not the first time I've bought this item either, just not from this store!) I open it up and notice that it looks like it been chewed on... that's strange my other one was freaking immaculate. why would a brand-new product from a reputable company look like it has been in the bottom of a kitchen drawer and have teeth marks all over it? the only reason I'm not giving this thing a one-star review is because the staff was super patient and very helpful, but I honestly believe that they are well... literally smoking on the job or at the very least chewing on the products. Update!!! Busted down to one star! So i just went to get a refund or exchange and the person who sold it to me had the audacity to essentially call me a liar to my face then I'm assuming the owner backed her up and was like yeah sorry buddy. I was like "look dude I didn't just take this thing home chew on it for a hour then decide you know what I don't want it any more im just going to take it back" So I Went down the road to "Uptown Smoke and Vape" and got the same product for less money plus there are no teeth marks! So for reference I'm posting a pic of the product from Uptown I just bought so you can compare and judge for your selves if you really want to give your hard earned dollar to the crooks at KTM smoke shop.

Me n my friend recently purchased someTHC flowers n it was amazing we love it. We found the most of the items that we got today was far cheaper compare to other store in town amazing store in Hutto town. we we’re quite impressed by his sevice. Will be back again. Thanks dude

Visited the hutto shop today and the two guys working didnt know anything about what was being sold. Questions where replied with “I dont know, im just helping my uncle. Product is okay but customer service/ employee knowledge is nonexistent. Any other shops in the area are probably better. Very Off putting experience for first spot checked when moving to new town. Been in the cannabis industry for close to 15 years and that was and extremely depressing experience. Hope this business strives to do better.

Decent for Hutto but if you're willing to drive you can get much better. Overpriced flower. OK shop but there's much better choices
