This place is a hit and miss. There is one guy who is super nice who works here, then there’s another guy who shouldn’t be working with the general public at all. The world is already an ugly place, I don’t need to go into an establishment spending my money with someone who is not nice.

Typically I like them. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vape from them that was counterfeit and I feel very put off by it. I reached out to the vape company (Elfbar) and they confirmed what I had was indeed fake. The taste, feel, appearance and weight was off. Edit- there’s no QR code to scan because it’s not real. I’ve already thrown it in the trash and moved on to buying elsewhere.

Best smoke shop in town. That’s right, not in henderson but in town! Awesome variety and most importantly, friendliest of staff. Been getting my Puffs from these guys and they’re awesome!!! Great glass selection too! Thank you guys for always hooking it up!! 💙

Great place, prices, deals and service!

The tall Indian clerk, either in his 20s or 30s that wears the black turban, really need to take a course on customer service because he's the most rudest and disrespectful person working at this particular smoke shop near Stephanie and Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson. Went inside to purchase cigarettes and a box of Tar Bar cigarettes filters and this clerk informed me that the shop didn't have anymore Tar Bar, however I caught him in a complete lie because there were plenty of them on the shelf. After I have purchased my items I told the clerk the next time whenever a customer request for a certain item and he lies that the shop doesn't carry it and it's on the shelf in face view of the customer that he shouldn't be working in public. The clerk told me to 'not come back' into the shop after confronting him about his lies and being rude to the customers and this is not the first time this clerk has been rude and disrespectful to customers entering this shop, especially towards African-Americans!!! I seriously need to talk to the 'real actual owner' about firing this clerk because his customer service skills is horrible, disrespectful, and disgusting!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS PARTICULAR SMOKE SHOP!!! 😡
