Just went there to buy one of their $60 grape gas ounce, the website states that you get 25% off as a first-time customer which are first purchased but then they tell me at the counter that doesn't apply for ounces but it doesn't say that on their website! The weed is only 25% THC it's posted on the website as 35% THC, so not only are they lying about the first time patient 25% off but also the lying about their THC content. Just to get you in there!!!! I do not recommend this club there's many other clubs in the city, where you can get Oz for 50 bucks for with way better THC levels then that and they don't lie to you!!!!!! I would go with gold standard myself for the $77$

Prices shown on order are drastically different after they call yo confirm, also the manager named Lorena or Loretta, said she was the only manager that owned the business which I highly doubt, was extremely rude and vague in answering questions. Such bad service I called back and canceled my delivery order. Sad because they seem to carry some good strains, but Def not worth the hidden prices and bad service from the so called manager. If in sf and looking for a better place, I suggest purple star md. They have amazing options, deals and service! Avoid medithrive if you can.

Staff was some of the friendliest I’ve ever met, Nick knocked it out of the park, I genuinely would have sat in there chatting with him for 10 min if there weren’t people waiting to get checked out. Great store, not pretentious, great deals

worst online dispensery ordering experience i've ever had, hands down. got a call i missed due to being away from my phone for a few minutes and then an email vaguely describing an issue. instead of a text they said to call before a certain time before the last delivery goes out , i called back before then and waited on time but they didn't pick up. they didn't let me know they had cancelled the order until 45 minutes later when i finally got a call back, and i explained how this experience was frustrating. the guy on the phone blamed me because he called three times, which wasn't true he had called twice, and either way no other dispensary I've ordered from operates this way. no text, no note indicating the order was cancelled. terrible customer service, was not able to make another order in time before other stores closed. i ordered an hour and a half before this store closed, so it's not like i was doing anything crazy in expecting the delivery to have me covered. the guy on the phone just kept arguing with me and i was giving this feedback and being clear that i was giving feedback on the experience, speaking calmly, and wasn't demanding anything at all. i ended up hanging up on him after he just kept repeating himself and not listening

Robert has quite an attitude over the phone, saying that paying with one of the options they provide is more work for them, and suggesting that I made a mistake when selecting the payment option when their website doesn't provide the right options to be selected (that they offer themselves). Quite frustrating and don't recommend doing business here! It had been a while I didn't shop at Medithrive due to a problem for being mistreated by their in-store management 5 years back, but decided to give them a 2nd chance, and couldn't have validated faster my initial impression that their customer service is very poor! Not worth it! If you aren't sure, go ahead and read the other reviews.

Medithrive's customer service is consistently exceptional. While I typically visit the store to purchase my cannabis, I decided to try their delivery service today. The shop called to confirm my order and delivery window, which I greatly appreciated. The delivery driver arrived right on time, and I later learned it was his first week. Kudos to Billy for doing an outstanding job and assisting me with my order! I took advantage of their great deal on half and full oz flower prices. Can't ask for much more!

Discourteous staff. Dysfunctional website. Outdated menus. Very shady business practices, in that they'll quote one price upon contact only to change the price once you've arrived, hoping to prey on people's wants, needs, or desperation. This store uses the old bait & switch tactic to engage in scamming and dishonest business practices, with dishonest staff planning on you spending (as much as 200% of the originally quoted price) now that you've already arrived. Stay away from this sleazy establishment! You'll thank us for it.

My partner and I visited San Francisco for a show and we had an amazing experience here! Employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, they didn’t make us feel awkward for being a bit unfamiliar with dispensaries and were super informative and helpful! MediThrive = MediTrick. Got led by these fake positive reviews & got scammed the same way others are reporting. Store promised discount on website & app. Yet once I & some of my buddies were about to buy, they tried switching prices & by a lot. The guy had said one price on the phone & once we were in store, he tried jacking up the price 3 fold, using a tired excuse, like we were born yesterday.
