Just went in for a New Year starter pack some joints and a disposable vape. Krista kindly showed me to Bow House live resin vape discounted for $15. I asked her if there were any hardware issues involving these. “Nope! They’re awesome” she gladly said! 15 minutes later upon arrival to my destination I cracked it open to be met with nothing but resistance and then a big slab smack of nasty rosin in my mouth. I went back and was explained only an even switch is allowed. Funny I’ve had defective products elsewhere and been properly taken care of. Long story short I was advised to try yet another one in the parking lot and that if this one didn’t work! They were going to make it right…second unit same exact PROBLEM! I go in and let them know select a new vape and am advised I have no choice but to keep the two defective vapes and purchase a different unit all together. I will be filing complaints with any and all relevant agencies. This is not acceptable. I was literally just scammed. Hope they pulled the remaining trash so others don’t get suckered.
