First and foremost if you just got a car wash, this ain’t the place for you. Second, they rarely have deals and are probably some of the most expensive I’ve seen around. They’re literally down the street from me so they’re close and I wish they had better service. The first time I went, I asked for one product and got a completely different product without them even consulting me. The last time I went, I wanted to purchase something for myself and something as a present. I ordered ahead; it they did not have one product I ordered. Then they did not have the substitute item. They thought I was difficult because I did not want to take the deal and wind go with more product than I wanted or in formats I didn’t want. I know exactly how much I smoke and how I want to smoke. I understand they sell product by the metric system but in addition to that I use the amount. Their neighbor needs to pick them up and take them to woodland meadows cause ain’t nothing fine bout this place. REPLY: I do not use my real government name on Google and that is my choice. You do not own the road but you DO own your parking lot. Secondly, IDK what you mean you don't know what I mean that I got a better deal elsewhere. It's literally what I said. I got a better deal elsewhere so I guess y'all DON'T have the best deals. Y'all definitely did not call me back. I literally had my phone in my hand....I have no missed calls or anything. WHY would I want to get more product than I want just to take advantage of a deal? WHY could you not give me the amount of product I wanted? I've literally told you how to make the experience better. Do something about the parking lot, stop lying, and give the customer what they would like. If you really take your review seriously...it wouldn't take a month to respond.

My only complaint is that I can only leave 5 stars! This place is really awesome. It's curbside service, so you can be in and out in minutes. You can place your order ahead of time, but not a problem if you don't. They are happy to answer any questions, even all my silly questions with a smile. The product is always spot on! They have something for every price bracket that will not disappoint. Everyone is so nice and helpful. From the guys in "the welcoming committee booth" to every person who waits on you. Everyone is so very kind. In my world, that means a lot. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Adam S was our budtender and he was very polite, efficient, well informed, and gave us the best deal possible. I recommend visiting here when/if you have the opportunity. Adam S was great at making us feel valued and welcome.

This review is solely on customer satisfaction from calling the business. I will be visiting the store later this evening. I called to check on product availability of a certain brand, quantity, and price. The representative that I spoke with, Adam S. was more than helpful and very patient with me. He took time to check the availability of the product, answered all my questions plus signed me up, so I wouldn’t have to deal with it when I went into the store. He also went into detail about the discounts that I would get as a first time customer, and later as a senior citizen, also the out of store price w/discount. Adam had a great attitude, very polite, knowledgeable, not rushing me, and just a pleasure to deal with. If you’re visiting the store, Ask for Adam. He’ll give you excellent top quality service…. Would like to start of saying I wrote a review on a issue I had without consulting a manager and for that I was wrong. But once the manager heard of my issue he immediately contacted me to see what he could do, and he went above and beyond that's for sure. I'm not only saying this because they took care of me but I was blown away by the professionalism of the company as a whole. This is the only place I go and it will continue to be. MF is the best hands down.
