This place is a joke. I went there last weekend, get told I'm getting a first time customer discount that's really just a normal promo they're currently running, and then he "hooks me up" with a cartridge that doesn't even fit the battery I bought! Thanks for the tiny paperweight, I guess? Can't believe the employees there acted like they were doing me a favor. I guess the favor was that I know never to go back.

Had a great experience. Probably best ever at a dispensary. Both girls including the manager that I delt with were extremely friendly and helpful and liked to talk like I do lol. Im bad with names I cant remember both but definitely will be back. I had an issue that was minor and the manager compensated me very generously. Thanks again

Best Plug in Willowbrook 🔌 This place is a Gem! Not only is the slection HUGE but this crew know what they are talking about, and how to get you what your looking for. My bud tender was Nancy, she was super funny, and literally had me wrapped up in 5 minutes and explained to me their punch card reward program. The deals are on point too, I come here for my weekly order and always have a good time catching up and hearing about upcoming merch and weed. Which leads me to my favorite part of the experience. The managment. From the moment you walk in security is friendly and explains the process. They make you feel welcome, and make sure customers are put first. Big Upps to Cari, she tailored my experience to fit my needs by showing me different types of strains, vapes, and introduced me to THC drinks and tinctures they have. You gotta try the one in the little green bottle, it will change your life! All around great store, great vibe, honest people, and good prices. GOTTA TRY SOME MINT!

The shop was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful! I was not rushed or pushed into buying something that I did not need.
