I frequent the shop, as I live close, and the moment I ever had my first malfunctioning with a vape, the customer service was impeccable! I had a vape that the coil would go out on often, tho it was brand new! The owner told me to come in and he replaced it and gave my 30% off anything in the store I wanted. Incredible stuff. Thanks again!
