Yazen was incredibly helpful and kind. My experience was wonderful, and he demonstrated extensive knowledge. The customer service was exceptional.

Yaz was the guy in there today, so sweet and friendly. This has been go to smoke shop for the past 3 years. Always have what we are looking for decent prices.

SCAMMERS!⚠️ Not even worth the gas money or time on foot to get there! THATS MY GUARANTEE Bought 2 BROKEN vapes for $11 as I was in a rush to get to the trolley, and just have a small vape to have until I got to my destinations and I was not told they can be faulty, nor to try them before leaving, I made it halfway down the street after the shop and found they both weren’t working… I immediately returned back, and someone who said “this is my shop” while chuckling as if he knew I was coming back and had planned his response, also said “that’s why we sell these vapes so cheap because they’re not guaranteed” and when my mom went in confused about how he could scam me donning such a rude attitude as if it were my fault. He said had I tried the vapes before I left he would’ve exchanged them… EVEN THOUGH HE JUST SAID ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM THEY DONT WORK AND HE SUPPOSEDLY IS THE OWNER! AKA YES, it is his problem and his problem alone, it is common place for business owners to rectify issues customers have🤔🤷🏽‍♀️ He did not say to try them before leaving or that I couldn’t exchange later or that if I left the shop, I wouldn’t be able to come back in less than five minutes and get an exchange for broken and burnt out vapes like EVERY OTHER SHOP IN SAN DIEGO, nor did he say these are not guaranteed that’s why they’re at this price before I bought them. There was nobody in there except him, including zero customers, and there was nobody in there when I came back except him so obviously business has declined for a reason. The previous owner (was so super sweet by the way) is the only reason I came into the shop that day, and I was not aware they’re supposedly ‘under new management’. TBH by the looks and attitude of the guy I dealt with, it’s highly likely he doesn’t even own the place but would like to pretend he does and that’s why he conducts business so poorly because of some kind of complex he has. That’s just a vibe I get, but I could be wrong 😆Not only did he have rude body language, voice volume, and words to say, but he spoke to my mother, as if she did not deserve to come in there and ask a question about the way he’s conducting business, which I did not appreciate for more reasons than just a vape issue itself. Either way, as a regular reviewer of places I love and can’t stand, this is one place I gladly won’t be going back and I don’t recommend anyone to either! Best of luck if you do lol the alleged new management also has new products and that’s why I’m happy I was able to try this out so you don’t have to; in this economy, Mr.SmokeShop is not worth it one bit! I know some of y’all can relate😂Happy vaping guys, choose your shops wisely and check the zero star reviews and the five star reviews first.(this is a 0 star review)😅
