I was having major hookah problems with my hookah and Ivan , Josh were attentive in helping me resolve my issue the best way I could. However even though my hookah is still busted and not wanting to act right I appreciate there service in being expertise and knowing at least some alternatives to assist me with. Thanks guys :)

Update: August 2024 management apologized to me about this situation and was very accommodating so I upgraded my review to 3 stars vs 1 star only due to fact of this interaction previously. Other than that I love the deals and convenience of the location and most of the staff there but that one guy. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year time almost 2 years and they have switched up the ppl that work here over last few months. The short white boy that claims he been working at this specific location for 5 years yet I literally just now started seeing him maybe 2 months ago other than that it was always Ivan or simba here and then more recently they just hired a girl his customer service is horrible and he needs to be replaced he isn’t knowledgeable he isn’t pleasant and is not welcoming to long term customers. I don’t even know if simba still works here anymore because it seems like they replaced him with this joke of a guy. Ivan and Simba are very warm pleasant and appreciate their customers but whatever store this short white guy came from he needs to go back to. I knew the original manager too that’s how long I been coming here. I literally put the workers on to most of their shisha they wouldn’t even have adaya like that if it wasn’t for me telling them about the product and making recommendations about the good ones for the longest they only had alfkaar. Bottom line as long as you have that rude peep squeak working there you are going to lose a lot of business. There’s a way to talk to customers without having an attitude and kicking them out stores just because you don’t know how to be professional and communicate new policies that literally like I stated to him I come if not every week every other week and it was never explained to me before he proceeded to rush me out and told me today is not the day if you not having a good day maybe you should’ve stayed home instead of taking it out on loyal customers. I’ve literally helped put money in this business pockets by helping the workers upsell items I knew about and refer my friends and neighbors
