Love the atmosphere n all the staff are really wonderful. I visit this store often. And, I’m battling 2 autoimmune diseases. And, some days are harder than others. And, to say the very least. Everyone is super kind at the store, but Jessica really stood out to me as a kind, n caring person. And, I feel like I’m seen and heard when I come to the Lakeland store. And, so I think it’s worth mentioning that Jessica is great and she deserves much praise because she is so kind n compassionate.. I just know that I go to pain management once a month and sometimes I just feel like a number and I feel like all of us as patients are not treated as individuals. With individual needs, concerns and different types of pain. Most days it Just feels we all are blended together and nobody’s really seen or heard. We’re just given opiates and sent out the door. And, so for example -I came in one day and I guess it was obvious to Jessica by my tears and the look on my face that I was in pain and, she made my day so much better bc she was so kind and compassionate to me. And, so very helpful. I was making a pretty big purchase that day and she went out of her way as to offer me a patch. And that is the kind of people that you need working there because even though we only see or deal with these people for a few minutes. Its in that few minutes that really matters to me and other patients, and, it really does matter when that person sees our pain and offers up kindness and compassion. Jessica is definitely a keeper.!!!!!!

My first time. I had absolutely no clue where to start. Leticia was awesome. She explained everything to me and took her time. I had so many questions and she answered everything. This was a great experience. I will definitely be back

Nice shop! Clean, well organized, mellow atmosphere. Curtis did an excellent job helping me sort out my first order. Really chill, very helpful and informative. Prices can be a little high, but the quality is excellent. Just download the app and keep an eye out for sales. Always something good going on. 10/10

I’m a regular at Müv Lakeland and have generally had positive experiences, which is why I wanted to share this in hopes it leads to a better resolution and prevents this from happening to other patients. Yesterday, I asked the budtender for an 1/8 of Black Amber and 7g of GMO Jungle Cake. He confirmed the order, completed the transaction, and I left. Before getting too far, I checked the bag and realized that instead of Black Amber, I was given Rotten Teeth, which I did not ask for or mention. The product was unopened, so I immediately returned to the store to exchange it for what I originally requested. I was told by the store manager that once a product leaves the store, it cannot be taken back due to policy. The solution offered was to give me the Black Amber, but it required using an additional 1/8 from my allotment. While I appreciated being given the correct strain, the correction ultimately came at my expense for an error that wasn’t mine. Fortunately, I had extra allotment available. However, it raised a genuine concern: if I didn’t, how would this have been resolved? I understand policies exist for compliance reasons, but situations like this, where the product is unopened and the error is clearly on the dispensary side, feel like they should be handled differently. Patients shouldn’t lose allotment due to staff mistakes. I’m sharing this because I value this location and would like to see a more patient-friendly approach when honest errors occur. I hope management will review this and consider a better resolution or policy adjustment moving forward. ⭐️ (1/5) Updating my review due to what’s happened since. On 01/03/2026, a Müv support representative contacted me about my original 2-star review and said the Lakeland store couldn’t do anything further, which I accepted. During that same call, I was told that if I changed my Google review to 4–5 stars, I would receive a promo code for a free Müv 1/8. Based on that, I updated my review. I never received the promo code. On 01/04/2026, I contacted support again, not about the store, but about the promised promo code. Instead, I was again told there was nothing the store could do, which wasn’t the issue I was calling about. At this point, the problem isn’t the original mistake, it's being asked to change a public review in exchange for something that was never delivered. Because of the lack of follow through, I’ve updated my review to 1 star.
