There was a different lady working there the last two times that I visited the store. Customer service is not her best attribute. She has an attitude... There were so many essential oils in the air via the diffuser, it was hard to even breathe. It was a little cool outside. The heat was on inside and it was too warm, even for me. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Speaking of diffusers, I purchased one there that did not work. It had an electrical problem and would only work for a few seconds after plugging it in. She proceeded to give me a lesson on why it did not work, even insinuating that I'd used tap water instead of filtered water. She was absolutely wrong and would not exchange it. She told me to call the company. Although , I've been going there for years... I will not return to this store.

I could never go anywhere else to buy vitamins! I love this place and the lady’s here are so amazing! They are here to help you and your kiddos! I’ve been coming here for years! You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely love this store and everyone that works there. I always for the most part deal with Debbie, who is AMAZING, but honestly their all great. Very personable, extremely helpful and more importantly very knowledgeable on their products. They educate you, through their life experiences as well which is priceless. Been going there for about 5 yrs, I have recommended to so many, and will continue.

As a regular customer I appreciate the products I only find here, and good information. Although I don’t appreciate some of the employees following The customer. I appreciate the helpfulness when I needed but even when declining it I’m followed. I know what I’m looking for and where it is, the store is pretty small but im still followed. There are time I want to look around, because I’ll find new products or want to check prices since I might want to get them there or next time on my next trip, but then I feel rushed and just want to get out. Over all I love to shopping there but some of there employees do not make me feel comfortable.

Outstanding vitamin store and more with superb service of knowledge, kindness and patience. Sometimes I send my husband there, and they always help him. I like that the store is very organized, super clean, with a nice smell to it, which is very important for me. They have great healthy snacks for on the go or for later. Whenever I have a health concern, they have the answer and the products. A few months ago I did some lab work and had some concerns, and with the right knowledge and products and three months later, had some good news! My doctor and myself were pleased with the results.Everything was back to being normal as it should. Thank you Reene and NR! Also, whenever I am out of something or need something else, Reene will still assist being off and me being at the store on the phone with her, this is going beyond great service. I also like the rewards program they have there! See you all soon! I told everyone I know about NR!
