Asked for a tobacco flavored vape, they gave me a cappuccino one -paid for it and asked for the tobacco one but they refused to exchange or give me the correct flavored one. Cashier had a terrible attitude and was rude about her mistake. Both her and the manager refused to give me the correct one, only offered a 25 percent discount on my next one? Came here multiple times, was a consistent customer-will never go again.

I always love going there. They have an impressive selection of products, from vapes to unique glass pieces, all at competitive prices. Specifically I love how welcoming and well-organized their store is, which makes it easy to find exactly what you need. Whether you're a regular smoker or new to the scene, this shop is a great destination.

Bought a bunk vape here and there, annoying, but whatever not exactly the stores fault. Employees seem unwilling to work with you when you have problems. I dont expect a full refund or anything but when half of my vape is unsalvagable yea I feel like I should get a partial refund or at least a decent discount, these things arent cheap. The most they could do was like $3 off. Told the employee my last geekbar i got here was over firing by 4 or 5 seconds and was told to "play with the switch" to get it to work. I shouldn't have to explain why that's dangerous. Same day bought a new vape, took it out of the box in store and immediately it's over firing. I had to hit it like 4 or 5 times and play with the switch for the employee to finally decide it was defective :/ I'm glad it was exchanged but I shouldnt have to fidget with it out of box to get it to work. If its over firing its over firing. Idk just seems stingy.
