I didn't get the name of the girl who helped me, but she was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me pick out a new dab tool, and we discussed electric dab tools, as I have just purchased a new puffco. I'll be back for sure!!!

I had no idea what vape i wanted. I’m indecisive and stick to the same but wanted new. Alice helped me out and I was so impressed. I told her what i liked. She gave suggestions and told me her opinion on some she tried. The girl knows her stuff. This never happens at other smoke shops I’ve gone to. I’ve wanted a place to frequent. So, Alice, thank you for making One Love my go to.

Buyer beware!!!! Went in for a puffco chamber they sold me the wrong one realized it before leaving the store, he took my card to refund my money, promised it would be refunded in 3-5 days instead he charged me twice and almost a week later I still have no refunds.. go somewhere else charolette has a lot of nice head shops that won't steal from there customers
