Jesse was very patient and answered all my questions. There were several customers there and I felt like everyone was receiving personalized service from a limited number of knowledgeable staff. I felt like my business mattered, and that truly is amazing in our current society. Oh....the products are great too! Listen to their suggestions, I thought I knew what I wanted....turns out...nope. Pleased as punch with my purchases.

My husband and I both love coming here. The team members are always super helpful, and their products are high quality and tested to ensure a lack of dangerous chemicals, unlike most other vapes. My first visit for myself, Hollye was a super huge help. I was nervous as heck and had no idea what I was doing, and she walked me through the different products and how they differed so I could make an educated choice on what I wanted. She definitely made me a return customer!

Great local dispensary, with a huge selection of products. Love the infused seltzer especially. Nice variety of edibles, so you really can't go wrong. Looking forward to trying the cookies and cream chocolate bar next.

As one who prefers natural remedies to ongoing issues, I must say that I am highly impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff at Ounce of Hope at Sanderlin Centre. Hollye and others have taken great time and care to help guide me to natural products that address my specific needs. The store is very clean and truly feels like a welcoming and safe environment to intelligently discuss personal issues and the scientific aspects of natural products. This location is far superior to other local retail establishments in this category in appearance and cleanliness, quality of informative and outgoing staff, and exceptional and engaging personalized service.
