A great small business, with friendly employees. Spoke to a polite gentleman on the phone, then was helped by a blonde lady who showed me a few different product options. Girl at the register with dark hair was also very nice. I saw some products that are nearly double the price that they are at Walmart, but Pet Town has a better selection overall (specifically looked at rodent products). I’d rather pay extra to support a small business anyway. I will be back!

Every time I go in there this one employee looks at me like I'm crazy and stupid. She is very condescending and unenjoyable. Looks like she's a high school senior or recently out of school. Dark hair, wears in a ponytail. The lady that runs the store seems okay. When she's not there, it's a different story. The product line is good but I have a master's degree, not stupid. I have a puppy that doesn't like the puppy food I got her, so it's normal to ask questions and get some advice on which food to replace it with. Is an all stages food really okay for a puppy?? I brought a bag of unopened puppy food back to return, I had just purchased it two days prior. If the receipt is necessary to return it, why don't the hand them to you instead of asking if you want it? Doesn't make sense. They started to give me a hard time but I was ' lucky' the other guy manager was there to help. I don't understand why I would be lucky, it was on my account - just needed the phone number to look it up. I'm in the middle of eye surgery, one eye at a time. The heavy set girl with dark hair in a ponytail looked at me like I was poor or inadequate because I had to pop one of the lenses out of my eyeglasses to see, since the one eye doesn't need it to see. I like going there, I'm local. But I don't like how I'm treated. The average worker there is a high school graduate. Give me a break. Nobody wants to be treated or spoken to to like this. Going to find the food somewhere else. That was my third time going in there. Why should I go back? Another bad business in Port Orchard. Customers pay the salary, hourly wage. Get it together, customer service should be way better in a small business. I went to them because I like to keep my money local when I can. That girl needs to be fired or educated on how to treat customers. I'm sure whoever replies to this will be nasty, just like all of the other replies. Maybe take a look at the reviews and make some solid choices. You have some issues that are real.

They had a couple of items but not what I was really wanting to get and offered to order them for me but would have rathered had it in stock since I am not local. I also bought crickets and most of them died within 16 hours. They are not local to me so can't just go back for replacement not wroth the gas.

They have a nice selection of cat specific items. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Our dogs have been having some GI issues and they had excellent recommendations that helped resolve them. We also need some CBD products for our dogs on the 4th of July, and again the staff was knowledgeable and helpful on a variety of products. This is a great store with a great staff!
