Paige wasn’t able to assist me with a two for $36 transaction citing she could not back out the initial purchase. The product was not up to my standards. When asking to speak to manager. Dylan quickly declined my inquiry as to if I could have a product I didn’t think was terrible but cold and dismissive said no. Not going back

place is about like the others. everyone asked if we need help but when we finally do need help had to interrupt a group of employees apparently talking about something they had to and get quiet real quick when I wLked up, not a big deal but made it feel awkward. especially when the girl says oh ithey have them up front. so when I go up front the guy is rude and perturbed when he had to help us after taking other people before us that walked up after us. he didn't offer any Info when I was asking for items kept up front other than we don't have that one. they were out of a lot I guess. but he was very bothered to have to be the one at the register. not the last experience anyone should be left with when leaving a business but unfortunately he was and we left feeling like any of the other places that sell similar items would be a better choice.

Purchased a $45 maven torch on 6/13. It stopped working 2 hours after purchase. When I called the store they refused to replace it with another. I was told to contact the vendor (they only have an email which barely gets checked, no response about replacement despite being covered w/ warranty). I will never shop here again, makes me sick to my stomach considering how much money I have spent at planet ks throughout the years. It makes no sense as to why I can not get a replacement locally. I have my receipt and it literally stopped working 2 hours after purchase.......................

I stopped in for some quick shopping, I love coming here, it reminds me of "The Place" from the 1970's.

I'll never ever shop there again. Very unprofessional staff. I'm all for having fun at work, but not when customers need service & the line is long. Very irritating. Also I priced a couple items. A postal scale @$25. Same one on eBay for $4.38. I understand a brick-and-mortar has to have markup but 600%. These guys are definitely smoking
