I've been in humboldt, my entire life, and I absolutely recommend this place as my go-to spot weather i've been living in town or come back after a few years away, this place is consistently The one I recommend to my out of town guests. It doesn't seem to matter who I talk to or when I talk to them, but any questions i've had have always been answered well. I've never been given the typical Humboldt hustle of "oh, my stuff is really, really good. You'll like it". In fact, I was educated on a couple new styles. I wasn't familiar with these half pre-rolls and since I was heading out of town for work again, I took the chance to pick up a five pack and oh my goodness, they might be half size but they have a huge kick to them. Without a sudden overwhelming hit. I totally recommend. When I ask the staff about them, I wasn't given a look of being expected to already know what it was. I really appreciated the conversation I had over the pre-role options. As usual this store has not let me down.

There is no where else I’ll go when I’m in town. I adore this place. Phenomenal selection, immaculate vibes, incredible pricing, and just great humans. This is a top 3 dispensary on the west coast in my opinion. Don’t sleep on it. WE LOVE PROPER WELLNESS!

I’ve been here a few times myself, and my personal experiences have been great. The staff I interacted with were helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to walk me through different products when I wasn’t sure what to choose. Because of that, I felt comfortable recommending this place to others. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience took a turn. A couple of people I recommended this shop to—including my wife—had completely different experiences. They were treated rudely, staff were unhelpful, and no effort was made to offer alternatives or suggestions when the exact product they wanted wasn’t available. Even when my wife said she was open to other recommendations, she was essentially told they couldn’t help her. I don’t understand the point of having budtenders or sales staff if they aren’t willing to make recommendations, assist customers, or create a welcoming environment. It’s especially disappointing when a place you trust treats people you care about poorly—especially your spouse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because consistency in customer service matters just as much as product quality.

Well, I’m an old lady and I decided to try to smoke pot again. I used to smoke it as a teenager I’ve been around at my whole life and since I don’t have any neighbors, I live in the middle of nowhere. I’m gonna keep smoking it until I like it. Well that’s what happened in the best place. I found to get it in the best information on what the heck is out there and what I should be trying is definitely this proper wellness crew. I forget his name is but he’s wonderful. He works at the Eureka store. He’s been very informative and everything he’s thought that I would like. Has Been right on the money!! He hasn’t been wrong yet. The Rio Del store is closer to me so I’m gonna go check that one out. You guys are the best.

Shop here several times until I start noticing off weights and start weighting immediately after i purchase flower. They aren’t weighting products “properly” as they so claimed to be. If I purchase 3.5 it’s gonna be 3. If I purchase 14g it’s gonna be 11-12 grams and so on. I called after the 3rd time it happen and they claim they’ll take 10% off my next purchase, which I didn’t want nor did they do it my next purchase, just make sure whats on the outside of the bag label is within the bag ! There’s no telling how long they been taking from paying customers and still is. First timer ? Don’t go here, spend ya money elsewhere i’’ll never do business here ever !
