I'm giving this place no stars and I'm not happy with the customer service in oscoda puff I was a regular customer there spending a lot of money when I do go in there and I got a 15g bucket and I looked at it I smelled it so I got it and she put it in the bag I drive an 45 mins back home and go and pull it out and it's covered in wax I have video and pic so I call and tell them and look I understand u can't do a refund but I told them I will send email of video and pic to show them I can't just drive back there then they told me to take my time and bring it in I can't when I get my stuff it's for once a month cause of the price of living so I buy for once a month thr lady on the phone mind not even the manger is tell me she is playing messager going back and forth she tried her best this isn't on her so I'm post my video and pic and u guys tell me ohh she told me to put everything back in the bag and leave it like that so we can see everything

The front desk is always smiling and friendly. The staff behind the door to the goodies are always friendly and knowledge. They have a great display and always a good number of products to choose from. Pricing varies but if you're looking for a reasonably priced infused sesh PUFF is your place.
