I bought a dry vape two days ago, and right out of the box, the LED lights didn’t work. There’s no way to tell if it's even on. When I tried to return it, they told me no exchanges or refunds. Really poor customer service—they should at least check the items before selling them. I definitely don’t recommend buying from them.

This was my go-to vape shop until today. I bought a Smok LP1 Coil set this past weekend and returned to the store at 12:50 pm today because the 1st coil I used wasn’t working. The girl who was there was rude and had an attitude. I tried another coil from the set and it worked, however, I asked for a replacement set and was rudely told “we cannot do anything about it.” She was unprofessional and needs customer service training. The store should also be reliable for selling defective products and should reimburse customers for non-working products or replace them with effective products.

Horrible service! They had no working registers it was cash only. Which isn't a problem but the cashier couldn't do basic math! I asked for my military discount added and she simply refused my service because she couldn't pull out a calculator! I will never shop here again!
