After being a good customer for years I just can’t believe the treatment I’ve received from the store lady today yet not only she told me I must pay for the broken vipe fresh out the box which doesn’t work like air flow is stuck and it taste like burning tires and her customer service was very rude and yes I did paid for the vipe but I did not leave the store with it.I know I’ve been spending about 120-180 a month in that location for at least 4years but I wouldn’t mind to spend the money elsewhere where I do feel comfortable and not being forced or told to pay for anything that’s not worth or working
For the record I was going to pay for it anyway before she got rude to me
Can we agree if I’ve been nice to you therefore I should not receive any attitude towards a customer like me who is a regular. Maybe you had a bad day but I’m not the one to take on. Have a great day :)

Great customer service. Very informative and knowledgeable with their products and such a very pleasant and friendly environment as well. Summer one of the sales associate has been more than helpful in providing great service and knowledge with what they sell at their store.

I walked into this place and was amazed! I love the vibe and the interior decoration. It’s breathtaking. Their merchandise is definitely worth it and i am always coming here. Whitney is awesome! I love her vibe ❤️

I came in real quick for somrthing I needed and I wound up liking the vibe and the customer service, so I ventured into asking some more technical questions, and in spite of the fact that I wasnt entirely sure what i was asking, the gentleman took the time to understand what I was asking, giving me the information I needed, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy, I wasn't planning on purchasing anything at that moment, but the price was way below that of their competitors, and coupled with the excellent service, there was no wayni wasn't buying my new vape. Tell them Maury C, sent you. Lol
