I had an amazing experience at Root 66! Raven, the floor manager, was incredibly helpful and really took the time to break down the rewards program and explain the quality of their products. The vibes are always great here—good energy, good people, and consistently excellent customer service. Shoutout to Amaze and Joshua as well for being so attentive and making the visit even better. Highly recommend this dispensary!

Root66 is by far the best dispensary that I have been to. Deals are amazing, and the location is super convenient and being open 24/7 is a huge plus. I stopped by today on Thanksgiving and the workers that helped me were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. The workers always make the experience better! Highly recommend.

Love this location and the people. My 1st experience was using the pre-order/window option, which I loved. It was quick and friendly. Since that time, I have been in the store, and was happy with the customer service and the available products. Maybe define the 'areas of service' with more distinct signage?

My respect for a business dessipates when the situation proves the establishment holds no value to customer service or support. They advertise a 24 hour pick up window. People rely on drive thru services for MANY reasons. I drove 30 minutes (one way) in order to use their [advertised] 24 hour pick up window. When I arrived, the window had a sign posted that it was closed. I was not able to recieve my order due to having my child with me. Plenty of dispensaries allow your child to accompany during order pick up, but not this one. When I called to speak to the manager to see if they could help me she kindly declined, stating they are short staffed and that's why the window is closed. Miss manager did give me a solution to my problem, however... go some place else. Thank you miss manager. I am happy to do so. My suggestion would to be to manage their order page online so that customers cannot order from the pick up window when the pick up window is closed. This is what other dispensaries do, so it's possible.
