Great customer service. Never had a problem when I go there. The guys know who I am and remember what I get. Ask how my day is going - always have the brand we get in stock! Only tobacco store I go to unless they are closed.

They sell faulty products and then refuse to talk to you when you speak with them about their faulty products. Claim a policy that goes against consumers. Your product is as good as your service and store and theirs isn’t. This is based off a personal experience. They sold me a faulty product and then hide behind a weak policy. Spend your money and time at a place that appreciates you choosing them. Their cheap prices ARE NOT worth the quality. Cheap products = BAD QUALITY EVERY TIME.

Nice size shop. Always clean. Rarely busy. Pretty nice selection of tobacco, hookahs, vapes, glass pipes, a bit of merchandise like inscents, hats, other small items. And the employees are always chill. Also, they have a reward program which is nice.

Amazing smoke shop, great customer service by all employees. A very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Have really good prices, huge humidor, almost too big lol so much selections. Hakim and Mohammed and Sofiane are great, and make my transaction comfortable and quick. Would recommend 10/10
