I absolutely LOVE the products from San Francisco Herb Co. The shipping, however, is just too much for me to order from them anymore. The shipping costs me almost as much as the products themselves. I run a business as well and look for alternate ways of sending products across the U.S. I am saddened that I cannot purchase what I would like to have from SFHerb because of the high shipping costs.

I like their tea. Compared to just regular tea bags, it's just cheaper to buy loose-leaf if you drink tea regularly. The ambiance of the store is also nice. There's a lot of hustle and bustle outside but walking inside is quiet and peaceful which is nice

(Well, the "break in shipping" was a VERY short lived option. Now, when you look...there is a minimum order, which they then feel, not sure how.....justifies a min. of >$34 in shipping charge! No longer going to utilize this company, if anyone else would like the names of the quality products I have found to replace this 'money pit'....please reach out, I will gladly share.✨🌿) Shipping is hazardous to your health! FIRST, let me say....I love the quality of the herbs and teas I am ordering from this 'historic' herb enthusiast company. (I'd venture to say, you probably cannot find a better product.). However,the shipping is about double for the weight and location of the ship. Even with insurance added, you can find shipping closer to reasonable. I would love to promote this avenue for herbal apothecary, but find my hand and mouth slower to speak than I would if my shipping were under $20....than the almost twice that amount. 😞🤔
