I had an issue with my first order and agent Sheen was very helpful and patient with me, explaining my choices thoroughly and helping me with setting up my account. I appreciated the personal service. In the end I saved more money than I was expecting and I get it delivered to my house just in time for the holiday weekend. Highly recommend Smoakland and this will be my go to service going forward. Easy, helpful, good value and personalized service.

I have placed several orders through Smoakland and have yet to be disappointed!! Always great product, great prices, nice delivery drivers and so helpful. I was running into an issue processing my order today and I spoke with Hana and she straightened the order out in no time! Again, another successful order from this shop! Super happy, and will continue to recommend!

I LOVE this delivery service. Have never had any issues with delivery. Especially when Paden is my driver. He's AMAZING. Always on time, professional, super chill and friendly guy. Thanks Paden for the amazing service. Their product is pretty good at great pricing.

I’m a regular on Smoakland and I had set up to have delivered some product early Thursday morning before I had work. Well, a coworker decided on /not/ coming in and so meant I needed to cover that shift… set the same time as my delivery. I reached out to customer service hoping it wasn’t too late to possibility push it back or reschedule entirely and SHEEN was assigned to my problem. They were able to quickly have my delivery rescheduled - I didn’t even need to provide my order number! They had already pulled my account up and within a couple minutes had reassured me my delivery was flexible. I appreciate SHEEN for their quick and friendly service, and am grateful I was able to adjust my delivery on short notice!
