This place is amazing. My girlfriend And I went in there expecting a regular smoke shop but it turned to be better so elegant and clean I could smell the cleanliness in the air. The displays are clean and nice and prices are bomb we left with a couple CBD carts and some vaporizers that the amazing guy behind the counter showed us. We didn’t get his name but he had some nice curly hair, we had great time talking to him and he had some really good suggestions and information. 100% coming back to this place next time I’m in Chicago. Great location too.

The sales people don't care about the tiny difference between '0.5 mm screens and '0.75 mm. It's a guessing game which size they have anytime you go. Excellent overall glass inventory

I went into this smoke shop 2 days ago and bought a scale. I never received a receipt probably because he didn’t charge me tax. But I got home and the scale was jumping all over the place so I went to take it back. But there was a young kid working that first told me he couldn’t do anything without a receipt so I told him look up video footage if you want and all I wanted was an exchange. Well he checked the scale and of course it works there but I assisted to just exchange it so at first he told me that I didn’t know anything about scales. When he couldn’t even put the batteries in it so he damaged the the new one with a huge scratch on the back that he made with a key to open the battery port. So I take it home and now it doesn’t work at all. So in the last 2 days I’ve been sold a scale that was off then I was belittled in the store and now I have a paper weight for scale. Avoid this place at all cost

I loooove this place! I come all the time. The workers are great - I have come to find myself looking forward to going there and talking to the employees. Prices are great and they have a solid selection of products. Highly recommend if you’re in Uptown!
