I wouldn't hear yesterday to purchase 18650 batteries, as I always purchase all my vaping needs here. They were Homh tech batteries... The batteries that I received were 12700 instead of 18650. So today I called and asked for an exchange and the owner tells me that he's assured that he gave me the right batteries and that I should not have opened one of them because now he cannot make any money off of them if I get an exchange. If he was smart he was just exchange them because now I'm never going to return again. I'm really disappointed him I literally go here every week. Also he told me that it was my fault that I got the wrong batteries because I didn't check them before I inserted them but as anyone knows 18650 batteries look very similar to 12700 batteries as they are just a bit larger (12700).

Honestly the best place out there. Very friendly and very helpful. They have plenty of products to choose from!
