I went in yesterday to buy some CBD. I bought the biggest one they had, 3,000 mg gummies. I got home and realized that the tamper seal was broken and the paper cover underneath the lid that is supposed to keep it fresh was also partly opened, so it had definitely been opened by someone at some point and still sold. I went back today to try and exchange it and was told that their policy was no returns or exchanges. The employees at the store, who were very helpful and kind, called the owner, who said that they didn't know if it had been opened before I bought it or if I had done it at home, so they would not let me exchange it, but instead offered 30% off my next purchase. The jar was still completely full, so it wasn't like I ate a bunch and then tried to return it. I threw the whole thing away, since I wasn't going to take something that had been opened by the people selling it, and I wasn't sure if it had been contaminated. It would have been an easy fix, to exchange the product, and they would've had a customer for life. Instead, I'd advise anyone reading this to find a shop that does not blatantly steal money from customers, as this one has chosen to do. And if you do choose to buy from this store, be sure and check your product for tampering BEFORE leaving the store, as there is no help once you are out the doors.
