The staff is always so friendly and supportive no matter who is working the shop. They are always patient with me while I ask to view item after item. I love this place and find myself making the extra drive to shop here

I have been a pretty regular customer for the past year and have spent several thousand dollars at this shop because I pick up goods for various events and parties. This shop is more expensive than others but I went because the staff are cool and it's conveniently located for me. The other day I bought an expensive product that turned out to be defective. I buy A LOT of this specific product. I brought it up to the staff the next time I came in to buy another one and they kind of shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I understand it's probably 'store policy' but for such an expensive product and for them to do nothing for me as a regular customer who spends A LOT of money there is just bad business. Lots of businesses and especially smoke shops are like this and it's really depressing. Planet K on s lamar replaced a defective one of these items for me and they will be getting my business from now on even though it's a longer drive.

I came in today for some geek bars. It was my first time in this shop and the staff were amazing. Immediately greeted me and were quick to help me get what I needed. They were also the most friendliest people! Great job!
