Walk in there and the girl working is sitting at the back table on her phone. She did not greet us and choose to wait a good chunk of time before yelling across the empty store, ‘if you want to see anything, let me know.’ Mean while still having never looked up from her phone. Finally we find what we want and ask her to get it. Takes her awhile to actually get started walking over to us. Still on her phone. Stands in front of us and we point it out. She is still on her phone. We wait a second, she puts down her phone and says, ‘ok what did you want?’ I am just confused because it seems like since we were the only people in there that she would be able to set down her phone for even a second and do the job of a retail worker and picked up her phone after we left. Greet, get to know needs, sell what them what they need, possibly up-sell. I would also recommend putting in a more professional dress code. Edit since reply: 1star to 5 stars since you gave a sincere response!

Stopped in for some gummies someone I know recommended. I had a good and straightforward experience! The woman at the front was nice and asked if I needed help finding anything. I did and she got me taken care of! 💗

Bad costumer service and some of their products don’t work and they refuse to exchange it. Too bad.
