This is a great tobacco shop. The Low Bob's brand tobacco is always fresh and never dry. It is also the best value for the money. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing store as Low Bob's but THIS new place is a mess with absolutely incompetent employees. You took a great place that has been wonderful for YEARS and YEARS and you've managed to make it to where no one is even coming back there... Way to go, another Greenfield staple absolutely destroyed. Pack up. You know you won't last. Awful to see what's been done.

My grandma goes there all the time and never has an issue with anyone (she's very sweet and likes to conversate) usually everyone in there will talk to her and be nice to her except one guy, his name is Luke and he's EXTREMELY rude to her she asked his name (literally just trying to be nice) and he called her weird for that and literally went off on her. He has been so rude to her on multiple occasions... We are contacting corporate in hopes they do something about it because this is insane...

I have been coming here for a while. This morning I went in and bought my usual. Time to pay. The new cashier won't let me make my own transaction with my card nor would he let me turn it back around to see the amount. When I told him he was being very disrespectful. He told me he was the man incharge. And it was his way. I will never be back. William Smith

Two times I have went into the store 12:26 main Street Greenfield I went in the guy in there was very rude to me and my friend. Gave it a couple weeks went back he was extremely rude again today. Was very arrogant. Acts like he's better than anybody that shops there. Asked if I had a problem when I asked him the price of a lighter. I will never step foot in the store again and I will tell everybody I know personally never to go in there again as long as he works there never again.......
