I recently visited Smokes Mart, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Zach, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations. Q was also fantastic, offering great insights and making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The shop itself is well-organized and has a wide variety of products to choose from. The customer service here is top-notch, thanks to Zach and Q. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone in the area!

Where do I start? You go here once and meet the owners and hear about the perks and discounts and see the impeccably decorated and uniquely stocked place of perfection! These owners will let you throw a small even in their place connected to the smoke shop that's filled with luxurious and modern velvet couches and adult 18 and up games to play and things to win they give you discounts when you bring in your old vape bc they actually care about recycling and go thru quite a bit that they don't really make any money off of but they care about the environment I love this smoke shop you can literally go in and hang a while and they'll just let you.

Absolutely the BEST business in Vegas! Not only are they 24 hours for us night owls, but as a business owner, I am extremely impressed by the level of customer service …period. Everyone is kind and so friendly, they deliver 24/7! I have not waited more than 20 minutes for a delivery even for just one item ( live in Summerlin within 5 miles of the store btw) Even with dealing with a faulty vape, the night time manager was so kind and went above and beyond for me ☺️ Honestly I have not been this impressed with a business and their customer service practices since moving to Vegas 3 years ago. Very happy customer and I will only be shopping here from now on 🙏 Highly recommend 👍🏻

Never go back ! I had a good experience long time ago and this place is the only place that 24 hours near my place that’s why I went last night I only smoke summer straw kiwi (flum) and when I got it and tried, products is false product it’s not the same taste And I’ve seen that happened before at the other smoke shop that I always went. That’s literally manufacturing problem the whole box is false products and I told them it doesn’t matter if I try every single one it will be all the same the lady who worked there said they can’t keep giving me to try because of the flavor don’t taste right Hello? If the product is false you shouldn’t sell it And the reason I get that flavor because that’s what I want to taste. Poor customer service

Great experience, especially the fact that it's open 24 hours unlike any other smoke shop. Additionally, Mike was awesome! I was looking for some new vapes and flavors and he was super helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Super happy with the customer service, the shop, and the selection. Thanks Mike!
