I was missing a piece to my hookah and I called them and they told me to come in. I went in and they took care of me right away and even gave me a new hookah. Meecey ROCKS!!! No for real very nice and very professional. Also, I got some new flavors and can't wait to get more. I will definitely be back❤️

Picked up some raw cones for a friend here. The guys who worked there were cool and patient with me since I didn’t know what I was doing. The store is cleaned and organized. They also sell snacks there which surprised me.

I absolutely love this shop! The staff is extremely helpful and kind. And they have excellent prices. This is my second time shopping at this location and each time has been a wonderful experience. I absolutely recommend this location and definitely will be coming back again!
Here is an update, I just went in for my third time today and I have spoken with Joe each time and every time he has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable about his product and help me purchase a new product. And today in fact was really special, I was followed to the store by someone very untrustworthy that I did not know and he was willing to walk me to my car to make sure I was safe. I possibly owe him my life! Joe has really gone above and beyond each time that I have been in to the shop and this time especially! Thank you Joe!

If you looking for a 1 stop shop and all the latest smoking products, I will say they got it for the south burbs. Mr."Wally" has great customer service and very knowledgeable of all the items they carry. He was very patient and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Not many stores come closer but it's worth a try
