I've been coming here for quite a while now. I've talked to many of the staff. Many of the staff are actually quite awesome. However there are a few people if you're unlucky enough to get them... The service is not so great and they honestly just want you out as quick as possible, they will talk over you. And you better know what you want because they ain't gonna help. That being said 8 out of 10 staff members not exact just metaphorically are amazing. Just recently I found out that the reward system was down and I've spent a lot of money and not get a single point back. The person who admitted it to me today talked over me and pretty much pushed me out the door. I used to work in retail systems go down but it's about how you handle the situation and make sure that your customers who are paying good money are taken care of.

Mariam was a Nice reminder that authentic, attentive & Pleasant people still exist! lol, she noticed on ID check at cash out my licence said “veteran” and offered a discount! I mean; 1. The veteran stamp on a licence is very small so kudos to her for attention to detail. 2. She was pleasant from beginning to end. 3. Big props for the discount! We could all use one now a days! A+ Service and left a very happy customer. Thanks Mariam !!

Michael was knowledgeable and attentive! I’ve always enjoyed Solar, and this visit reminded me why this place is my go-to! Staff cares about your needs/wants out of your purchase and will kindly guide you. Prices are fantastic, quality is excellent, and location is extremely convenient.

1st time there and was in and out! Michael was awesome! 😎 He was very helpful and made sure I got the best deals! He also had a funny NSYNC/Korn shirt on that gave me a chuckle. 🤭
