They have wide selection of tobacco products if that is your thing. For those who are looking for cigars and other items like high end cigar sets or even lotto tickets or the occasional random item like a spinner when they were all the rage... the gentleman are knowledgeable and when you just need to run in and out for lotto picks which I do on occasion they are extremely quick and you don't need to wait long. They are great with special orders, too. Juan is the best and Hank owns the place!

I'm shocked and disgusted by the "customer service" here. I will never return and I hope they go out of business or get new owners or fire the old man who has a chip on his shoulder and is incredibly rude. There is a better vibes store in the Novato square shopping center ... Across the lot from Shell & CVS...By the laundromat.

Omg!! I came in here bfor and there was a man working who was VERY rude. He was so annoyed that I asked questions about a vape tank. I let it go. Today I went in and it was a different man. He was so angry that I asked a question about a 1 hitter pipe cause it was different then the one I had bfor. All he said was “ this is what we have. do u want it or not?” he kept huffing and puffing and was just so mad that he had to go into the case. I literally asked 1 question. I’m shocked how mean he was.

Great staff, knowledgeable about all their products and remember their regulars like they are part of the community. I have been going to this store for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. anyone who treats them with respect will get respect back. One of the best tobacco/smoke shops in Novato and for a long time.
