Definitely doesn't open at 7:30 a.m. please fix you times online so another customer doesn't have the same experience

Bought Juul and owner was very nice but after less than thirty days the Juul would not hold charge. Not only did he claim that I didn't buy it from him he started calling me the "F" word repeatedly. I didn't want my money back I just wanted a replacement. If my grandson had been with me as he was when I bought the unit I would have snatched he over the counter!!!!

My father went and bought a juul here because of the high ratings and great reviews. He went and had a great experience the first time and spent around $60 there. Today, he went in because he has been experiencing problems with getting the Juul he bought to charge properly. He asked the guy at the counter if he could exchange his JUUL but he IMMEDIATELY got called the "F" word repeatedly. The guy then proceeded to follow my father out of the door. While my Dad sat in his truck the guy proceeded to yank at the chains on the door as if he were threatening to use them. Is this honestly how this guy does business???

Frank is the best! I have been shopping with him for years. I can honestly say that I haven’t ever had a negative experience with frank and don’t think I ever will.
