First poor experience at stiiizy out of 50 visits probably in the last year. Total was $48. I gave $60. I had $4 in rewards. I asked to use it. New total was $44. I gave 3, $20s. I paid $60. She verified they were real with a marker. I received $6 change. I tipped $1 in the box. As I was walking out I was wondering if I had possibly misheard the total being $58 instead. So I checked my emailed receipt and confirmed my total was $44. I went back in and a supervisor wanted to take my phone to the back to her manager to confirm receipt and watch cameras, I had no problem with that. My phone was given back to me after a couple of minutes, and a few minutes later the supervisor came back out and stated she would give me $8 since I already received $6. The math isn’t mathing, that’s still $2 short and the till will be over $2 at the end of day. I accepted my change, thanked her, and left. I love stiiizy, love the products, and the prices. But the bud tenders make or break the experience when you visit a dispensary, and inaccurate change is unacceptable, so is taking a customers phone to the back. Manager should have come to the front. I only had 3 $20s on me and she crossed them all with a marker to verify they were real. Anyway, cheers. 🍁

I had the best experience. Jacky O. was super friendly and helpful. Her personality is a mood changer. Shes an amazing worker and very knowledgeable. I give her a 10/10 THANK YOU Jacky for everything!!

It’s always a great experience with staff. But Tanner does stand out!! He introduces himself every time and greets you with a welcoming fist bump. And makes the experience so much more personal. He’s knowledgeable on all products and always goes over advisements and disclosures. I’ve had him help me a couple times and it’s really a great experience and starts my day off right with that positive energy!

Went to this dispensary for the first time the another day and had a great experience. The security guard Victor was very kind and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Got 2 batteries and 3 cartridges. Neither battery worked after the first use and only one cartridge worked. I spent over $200 on what turned out to be a single lackluster cartridge. This is not the first issue I’ve had. It will be the last!!!! Do not buy!!!! More lemons than anything!! Contacted customer service and got placed on hold and never EVER CAME BACK!!!!
